Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager to drive business development activities. The involvesentifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The candidate should have relevant experience in sales and business development with strong communication and strategic skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue generation
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Support team management and overall business development operations
