Job Description

Compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering treatments, and supporting clinical operations across hospital or healthcare settings. Experienced in patient assessment, medication administration, care coordination, and emergency response. Adept at ensuring patient safety, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and clinical progress.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments accurately.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and report changes in condition promptly.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment notes, and patient documentation.
  • Support admission, discharge, and patient transfer processes.
  • Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety compliance.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, recovery, and preventive care.
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing support.
  • Operate medical equipment and monitor treatment-related devices.
  • Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and bedside procedures.
