Job Description

Dedicated Medical Officer responsible for providing primary and secondary medical care, diagnosing illnesses, managing treatment plans, and supporting patient care across hospital or clinical settings. Skilled in clinical assessment, emergency response, patient monitoring, and interdisciplinary coordination. Adept at delivering evidence-based medical care, ensuring timely interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting healthcare quality while adhering to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, medical history reviews, and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critical patients.
  • Monitor inpatient and outpatient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare teams.
  • Interpret laboratory reports, imaging results, and diagnostic findings.
  • Manage admissions, referrals, discharges, and follow-up care.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and patient record maintenance.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
  • Participate in ward rounds, clinical discussions, and multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Support quality improvement, audits, and healthcare compliance activities.
  • Stay updated with current medical practices, treatment guidelines, and clinical advancements.
