Senior Executive

The Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting dispatch, IPQA coordination, documentation, process tracking, departmental reporting, and operational execution at Masina Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification with 3–6 years of experience in dispatch, IPQA, administration, or operational support. The candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and process follow-up skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned dispatch, IPQA, or operational documentation activities.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, reports, logs, and departmental files.
• Coordinate with internal departments for process completion and timely updates.
• Support quality checks, documentation review, and process compliance where applicable.
• Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, reports, and departmental requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for seniors.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify documentation gaps, delays, or process issues and escalate promptly.
• Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital, patient, and official information.
• Use computer systems, email, MS Office, and hospital software for daily work.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely senior executive support.
