Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for patient registration, appointment coordination, enquiry handling, OPD workflow, patient guidance, and front desk communication at Bhatia Hospital, Mumbai. This requires BBA, B.Com, BA, or B.Sc qualification with 3–8 years of experience in administration, front office, or hospital office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and attendants professionally at the hospital front desk.
• Handle patient registration, appointment booking, OPD coordination, and enquiry management.
• Provide correct information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital process flow.
• Coordinate with OPD, billing, diagnostics, nursing, admission, and patient care teams.
• Maintain registration records, appointment schedules, enquiry logs, and patient details accurately.
• Guide patients for consultation, investigation, billing, admission, and report collection.
• Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and patient service requests politely.
• Manage patient waiting area communication and basic crowd coordination.
• Escalate patient complaints, delays, or service issues to seniors promptly.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, and communication tools efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly front office operations.
