The Executive HR will support HR generalist activities, joining formalities, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance records, and staff communication at Surya Hospital, Mumbai. This requires 1–4 years of experience in HR operations and hospital HR processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and joining process.
• Manage joining formalities, document collection, and employee file creation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, HR records, and staff database.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
• Coordinate employee queries related to policies, leave, and documentation.
• Support payroll inputs and HR MIS reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
• Promote professional and disciplined HR workflow.
