TPA Executive

The TPA Executive will handle hospital TPA, insurance, cashless, corporate patient documentation, pre-authorization, enhancement, claim query response, discharge approval coordination, and claim tracking at Bhatia Hospital, Mumbai. This requires B.Com, BBA, BA, or B.Sc qualification with 3–10 years of experience in TPA and hospital insurance desk operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle TPA, insurance, cashless, mediclaim, and corporate patient documentation.
• Verify patient policy details, proof, insurance card, admission notes, and required documents.
• Coordinate pre-authorization, enhancement, query reply, and final approval processes.
• Follow up with insurance companies, patients, doctors, MRD, nursing, and billing teams.
• Maintain TPA files, claim trackers, approval records, and daily status reports.
• Explain insurance process, document requirements, and patient payment responsibility clearly.
• Track pending approvals, claim queries, denials, discharge clearance, and settlement status.
• Identify claim errors, missing documents, or billing mismatches and coordinate corrections.
• Support discharge billing by ensuring timely approval and final documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information.
• Prepare TPA MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and patient-friendly TPA support.
