RMO and Physician Assistant

The RMO and Physician Assistant will support OPD and healthcare service delivery, patient assessment, doctor assistance, clinical documentation, treatment coordination, and follow-up care at Masina Hospital, Mumbai. This requires MBBS or BHMS qualification with 2–5 years of experience in clinical support, OPD coordination, or hospital patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and consultants during OPD, IPD, and patient care activities.
• Take patient history, record vitals, review symptoms, and support clinical examination.
• Prepare clinical notes, prescriptions, investigation advice, and follow-up documentation under guidance.
• Coordinate investigations, reports, treatment plans, and patient movement.
• Monitor patient progress and inform doctors about abnormal findings or urgent concerns.
• Support admissions, referrals, discharge coordination, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and patient care teams.
• Provide patient counselling under doctor guidance regarding treatment and follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical information and clinical records.
• Respond to clinical queries and support smooth OPD workflow.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and patient-centered clinical assistance.
