Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for hospital sales support, patient lead generation, service promotion, referral coordination, follow-up activities, and business growth support at Masina Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification with 2–5 years of experience in sales, healthcare sales, referral marketing, or hospital business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, facilities, and health packages.
• Generate patient enquiries, referrals, appointments, and business opportunities.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and healthcare partners when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and local stakeholders.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, enquiry records, and follow-up data.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for patient support.
• Follow up with leads and referral sources for conversion and service feedback.
• Communicate hospital services clearly, ethically, and professionally.
• Track market feedback, competitor activity, and patient response.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and outreach events.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for seniors.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, patient reach, and service growth.
