Executive /Senior Executive- Collections

The Executive / Senior Executive – Collection will play a key in managing financial transactions, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities. This requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a structured healthcare financial environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and MIS for management review.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor departmental expenses and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance, and revenue cycle teams for financial accuracy.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and manage vendor account reconciliations.
• Support implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and ERP tools.
• entify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and internal controls.
• Assist in payroll coordination and employee reimbursement processing when required.
• Generate financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.
• Support financial audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
• Work closely with senior management for financial planning and strategy execution.
