Plant Supervisor

The Plant Supervisor – Administration will be responsible for managing administrative functions within the plant, including facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies. The involves supporting plant operations by ensuring proper infrastructure, security, housekeeping, and resource management. The candidate will act as a key link between management and operational teams to ensure seamless plant functioning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day administrative activities within the plant.
• Ensure proper maintenance of plant infrastructure, facilities, and utilities.
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the plant premises.
• Manage office supplies, consumables, and administrative inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to support smooth plant operations.
• Handle facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of administrative activities, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Assist in audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Monitor access control, visitor management, and security protocols.
• Support employee welfare activities and administrative requirements.
• Ensure proper waste management and adherence to environmental guidelines.
• entify areas for improvement and implement administrative process enhancements.
• Prepare reports and MIS related to administrative functions.
