Job Description

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting business expansion activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. The involves market research, lead generation, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of business initiatives. The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to help achieve organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Support negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization with clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, and operations teams for business execution.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business discussions.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in business development processes.
