Manager

The Manager – CA will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial activities including financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and compliance. The involves providing strategic financial insights, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting business decisions through detailed analysis. The candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to maintain financial health and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements and reports.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Handleect and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Prepare and file statutory returns and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
• entify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Support business expansion plans with financial analysis and risk assessment.
