Executive

The Executive will oversee packaging processes, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and manage finished goods inventory. The involves coordinating with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth packaging operations and accurate documentation. The candidate will play a key in ensuring products are packed, labeled, and stored as per regulatory and company requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise packing activities to ensure timely and accurate packaging of finished products.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging as per regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for release and packing of finished goods.
• Monitor packaging materials availability and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Maintain records of packing activities, batch details, and dispatch readiness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in packing areas.
• Inspect packed goods to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for storage and dispatch planning.
• Monitor and control wastage of packing materials and optimize resource utilization.
• Handle documentation related to finished goods inventory and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for finished goods as per guidelines.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
• entify process improvements to enhance efficiency in packing operations.
• Train and supervise packing staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the packing area.
