Adept at ensuring proper storage conditions, inventory accuracy, and smooth material flow to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and chemicals.
- Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory management practices consistently.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities regularly.
- Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and warehouse SOPs.
- Supervise material handling and warehouse operational activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within store areas.
- Monitor damaged, expired, and rejected material handling procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock summaries regularly.
- Participate in audits and compliance inspection activities.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability of raw materials.
- Contribute to warehouse efficiency and inventory optimization initiatives.
