Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise liquid packaging operations and workflow activities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and packaging SOPs consistently.
- Monitor packaging line performance and operational efficiency regularly.
- Maintain batch packaging records and operational documentation accurately.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and packaging schedules effectively.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging material handling procedures.
- Monitor packaging quality and product compliance standards.
- Coordinate with QA and production departments for issue resolution.
- Investigate packaging deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within packaging areas.
- Support machine setup and packaging line clearance activities.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspection readiness activities.
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials and consumables.
