Officer

The Officer – Warehouse will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. The involves ensuring proper documentation, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage as per GMP and company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in ERP/SAP systems.
• Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning and availability.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.
• Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, and dispatch records.
• Monitor warehouse conditions such as temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle material movement and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
• entify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in stock.
• Manage warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
