Medical Officer

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and managing patient records. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative medical care support.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, and hospital policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans.
• Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Assist in medico-legal cases and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied healthcare staff for patient care.
• Participate in emergency response teams and Code Blue situations.
• Stay updated with latest medical practices and guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior doctors or management.
