Manager

The Manager – Warehouse will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse activities including receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials. The involves ensuring stock accuracy, implementing best practices, maintaining compliance with GMP standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time updates in ERP/SAP systems.
• Plan and conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices for effective inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines in warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, and storage optimization.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods and coordinate transportation logistics.
• Monitor warehouse conditions such as temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.
• Handle discrepancies, damages, and non-conformance in inventory.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation including GRN, issue notes, and dispatch records.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations.
