Sr. Executive

The Sr. Executive – Purchase will oversee end-to-end procurement activities including vendorentification, negotiations, purchase order management, and inventory coordination. The involves ensuring timely procurement of materials, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order processing.
• entify and evaluate new vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams for procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and quality issues.
• Prepare MIS reports and procurement analysis for management review.
• Support cost control initiatives andentify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and maintain transparency in procurement processes.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain developments.
