Radiology

The Radiology Trainee will support radiology department workflow, patient coordination, imaging preparation, report tracking, documentation, and practical learning at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane. This is suitable for B.Sc, M.Sc, or MBA candidates with 0–1 year of experience interested in radiology and diagnostic service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist radiology team in patient coordination and imaging workflow support.
• Guide patients for X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, or assigned radiology services.
• Help maintain patient records, appointment lists, report trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with radiology technicians, doctors, front office, billing, and nursing teams.
• Learn radiology department SOPs, patient safety, and workflow protocols.
• Support report dispatch, pending report follow-up, and patient movement coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and organized department workflow.
• Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and polite communication during coordination.
• Follow radiation safety instructions as guided by seniors.
• Report delays, patient concerns, or operational issues to department seniors.
• Participate in training and practical department learning.
• Support smooth and patient-friendly radiology service delivery.
