Job Description
The HR Intern will support recruitment coordination, employee documentation, joining formalities, HR data entry, attendance support, and general HR operations at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane. This is suitable for B.Sc, M.Sc, or MBA candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want practical exposure in hospital human resource management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist HR team in recruitment coordination, calling candidates, and interview scheduling.
- Support joining formalities, document collection, and employee file preparation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance records, HR database, and documentation.
- Help prepare offer letters, joining forms, HR letters, and internal records under guidance.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and department staff for HR-related follow-ups.
- Support induction, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining staff records, leave data, and HR MIS reports.
- Learn hospital HR policies, onboarding process, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
- Handle basic employee queries and escalate to HR seniors when required.
- Maintain professional communication and office discipline.
- Support smooth and organized HR department operations.
