Billing TPA Executive

The Billing & TPA Executive will manage hospital billing, TPA documentation, cashless claims, pre-authorization, discharge billing, patient billing queries, and insurance coordination at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane. This requires B.Com or MBA qualification with 1–2 years of experience in hospital billing, TPA, or insurance desk operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, procedure, emergency, and discharge bills accurately.
• Verify patient details, services, investigations, pharmacy usage, and billing entries.
• Handle TPA, insurance, cashless, mediclaim, and corporate patient documentation.
• Coordinate pre-authorization, enhancement, query reply, and final approval processes.
• Follow up with insurance companies, patients, doctors, MRD, nursing, and billing teams.
• Maintain TPA files, billing records, claim trackers, and daily reports.
• Explain billing and insurance process to patients and attendants clearly.
• Track pending approvals, claim documents, discharge clearance, and settlement status.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, or documentation gaps.
• Support reconciliation, audit, and finance reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and patient-friendly billing and TPA support.
