Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for hospital service promotion, referral development, field visits, lead generation, health camps, and local branding activities at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane. This requires BBA or MBA Marketing qualification with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or field sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, health packages, and facilities.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners.
• Generate patient enquiries, referrals, leads, appointments, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, corporate visits, and outreach activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral data, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams.
• Communicate hospital services clearly, ethically, and professionally.
• Track competitor activity, market feedback, patient response, and local healthcare demand.
• Follow up with referral sources for feedback, repeat referrals, and relationship improvement.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns when required.
• Strengthen hospital brand awareness and patient reach in the assigned area.
