Conversion Team Executive

The Conversion Team Executive will support patient enquiry conversion, lead follow-up, admission coordination, patient counselling, appointment tracking, and service communication at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane. This requires BBA or MBA qualification with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales, patient coordination, or conversion support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up with patient enquiries received through calls, campaigns, referrals, and digital channels.
• Convert enquiries into appointments, consultations, investigations, admissions, or procedures.
• Explain hospital services, doctor availability, packages, and process flow clearly.
• Maintain lead trackers, enquiry records, follow-up notes, and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with OPD, admissions, billing, TPA, doctors, and patient care teams.
• Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate service information.
• Track missed appointments, pending decisions, and repeat follow-up cases.
• Support counselling for health check-ups, procedures, and hospital services under guidance.
• Escalate difficult cases, pricing queries, or service concerns to seniors.
• Maintain polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly communication.
• Support marketing and patient acquisition goals ethically.
• Improve conversion rate through timely follow-up and coordination.
