Customer Executive

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Monitor patient waiting times and escalate delays when necessary.
• Assist in managing VIP patients and special cases with personalized attention.
• Prepare reports and MIS related to patient feedback and service quality.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Support hospital events, health camps, and outreach activities.
• Train and guide staff on customer service best practices if required.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment across all patient interaction points.
