Information Technology Executive

The IT Executive will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, managing network infrastructure, ensuring system security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The also includes user support, staff training, documentation of IT processes, and implementing IT solutions that align with hospital operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as computers, servers, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
• Implement and manage system security protocols to safeguard data and IT assets.
• Manage user accounts, perform data backups, and ensure system integrity.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving technical issues and providing user support.
• Train hospital staff on IT systems, software, and security best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with departments to implement IT solutions aligned with operational needs.
• Proactivelyentify and resolve potential IT issues to prevent downtime.

Over the past 18 years, it has grown to a network with 2,135 beds as of September 2024, with plans to expand to 2,935 beds by 2029 through new hospitals in Gurugram (300 beds) and Ludhiana (up to 500 beds).
