Conversion

We are looking for a Conversion Executive for the Sales and Conversion department at Manipal Hospitals, Ranchi. The candidate will support patient lead conversion, counselling, sales coordination, inquiry follow-up, and service explanation. The requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, healthcare service knowledge, and experience in converting inquiries into hospital visits or service bookings.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries generated through calls, campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Counsel patients about hospital services, specialties, packages, and procedures.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into appointments or admissions.
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and appointment teams for patient scheduling.
• Maintain lead status, follow-up notes, conversion reports, and patient communication data.
• Explain service benefits clearly and professionally to patients and attendants.
• Identify patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate hospital service.
• Support sales and marketing teams in improving patient conversion rates.
• Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up to avoid missed opportunities.
• Handle objections and patient concerns with empathy and accurate information.
• Coordinate with billing and departments for estimates or package details when required.
• Prepare daily reports on calls, leads, conversions, and follow-up performance.
• Maintain hospital brand image through polite and patient-friendly communication.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient inquiries and contact details.
