Medical Officer

We are looking for a Medical Officer to manage OPD, IPD, emergency, and general patient care services. The candidate should be an MBBS doctor with strong clinical knowledge, patient assessment skills, emergency handling ability, and coordination skills to work with consultants, nursing teams, diagnostics, and hospital departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Examine patients and provide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
• Manage OPD consultations and IPD patient care.
• Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical support.
• Conduct ward rounds and monitor admitted patients.
• Prescribe medicines, investigations, and follow-up care as required.
• Coordinate with consultants for referrals and treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and progress notes.
• Monitor vitals, symptoms, lab reports, and treatment response.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and referral processes.
• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.
• Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing teams.
• Handle medico-legal or critical cases as per hospital policy.
• Maintain ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality.
