Helper

We are looking for a Hospital Helper to support ward, patient care, housekeeping, and daily hospital operations. The candidate should assist nurses, attendants, housekeeping staff, and patients with basic support activities while maintaining cleanliness, discipline, patient comfort, and timely coordination within hospital departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist hospital staff in daily patient support activities.
• Help with patient shifting, wheelchair movement, and stretcher support.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene in assigned areas.
• Support ward staff in arranging beds, linen, and patient surroundings.
• Carry files, reports, medicines, samples, and hospital materials as instructed.
• Assist elderly, disabled, and dependent patients when required.
• Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, and support departments.
• Follow infection control and hospital safety guidelines.
• Help in maintaining stock of basic ward supplies.
• Report maintenance, cleanliness, or patient-related issues to seniors.
• Support admission, discharge, and patient movement processes.
• Ensure respectful and polite behavior with patients and attendants.
• Follow duty schedules, shift instructions, and department rules.
• Perform other support duties assigned by hospital management.
