Data Entry Operator

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to manage hospital data entry, documentation, records updating, typing, and administrative support. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing speed, MS Office skills, accuracy, and the ability to maintain patient, billing, departmental, and hospital records properly.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Enter patient, billing, administrative, and departmental data accurately.
• Maintain digital and physical records as per hospital requirements.
• Update patient information, reports, files, and registers.
• Verify data accuracy before saving or submitting records.
• Prepare reports, lists, summaries, and basic documentation.
• Use MS Office, hospital software, and computer systems efficiently.
• Coordinate with reception, billing, medical records, and administration teams.
• Handle typing work, scanning, printing, and document filing.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Correct data errors and update missing information when required.
• Support daily administrative and back-office tasks.
• Organize files and ensure easy record retrieval.
• Follow hospital data entry standards and reporting timelines.
• Perform other computer-related tasks assigned by management.
