Junior Executive

We are hiring a Junior Executive for the Operations department at Manipal Hospitals, Pune. The candidate will support daily hospital operations, patient care coordination, departmental follow-ups, and service workflow management. The requires coordination skills, patient-handling ability, operational discipline, and experience in healthcare service support.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day hospital operations and assigned departmental activities.
• Coordinate with patient care, billing, diagnostics, nursing, and support teams.
• Assist patients and attendants with hospital process guidance and service support.
• Track operational issues and follow up with concerned departments for resolution.
• Maintain daily reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support patient movement between consultation, diagnostics, billing, and admission areas.
• Ensure smooth workflow and reduce service delays through timely coordination.
• Communicate patient concerns to seniors and support quick problem resolution.
• Monitor assigned service areas for cleanliness, readiness, and patient convenience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams when required.
• Support implementation of hospital policies and operational procedures.
• Assist in patient feedback collection and service improvement activities.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, staff, and internal teams.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and hospital operational data.
