Job Description

We are hiring a Supply Chain Associate for the Supply Chain Management department at Manipal Hospitals, Gurugram. The candidate will support logistics, inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, stock monitoring, and supply chain documentation. The requires supply chain knowledge, coordination skills, inventory management ability, and experience in hospital or corporate procurement operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support daily supply chain, logistics, inventory, and procurement operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, stores, purchase, finance, and hospital departments.
  • Track stock availability, reorder requirements, and material movement.
  • Assist in procurement documentation, purchase requests, and order follow-ups.
  • Maintain inventory records, stock registers, GRN details, and issue documentation.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials, consumables, and supplies.
  • Monitor pending purchase orders, vendor supplies, and delivery timelines.
  • Support stock audits, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy checks.
  • Identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory for reporting.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of hospital supplies.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment-related documentation.
  • Prepare supply chain reports, trackers, and operational updates.
  • Follow hospital procurement policies and supply chain compliance standards.
  • Support efficient, cost-effective, and timely material availability across departments.
