Executive Quality

The Executive Quality will be responsible for implementing and monitoring healthcare quality standards, ensuring compliance with NABH, JCI, or ISO guidelines. This involves conducting audits, tracking key performance indicators, analyzing incidents, managing documentation, and training staff to maintain excellence in clinical and administrative operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor compliance with NABH, JCI, and ISO standards.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, manuals, and policies for hospital operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and daily rounds toentify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze quality and patient safety data, including KPIs and clinical outcomes.
• Analyze incident reports, patient complaints, and near-misses to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, infection control, and patient safety.
• Participate in and facilitate hospital quality committee meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and administrative functions.

Our Story

Paras Health began its journey in 2006 with the establishment of its first hospital in Gurugram, Haryana, with 200 beds. Over the past 18 years, it has grown to a network with 2,135 beds as of September 2024, with plans to expand to 2,935 beds by 2029 through new hospitals in Gurugram (300 beds) and Ludhiana (up to 500 beds). The network has established itself as a trusted healthcare provider in North India, blending clinical excellence with patient-centered care.
