Chief Nursing Officer

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, setting strategicection, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This involves managing nursing staff, developing policies, optimizing resources, and collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to enhance overall hospital performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and standards.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies, policies, and clinical protocols.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
• Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and professional development within the nursing team.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support departments for integrated patient care.
• Monitor patient care metrics, quality indicators, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to NABH and other accreditation standards.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Establish staffing models and ensure optimal nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Lead quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety programs within nursing services.
• Address patient and family concerns related to nursing care and ensure resolution.
• Participate in hospital leadership meetings, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in nursing care.

Over the past 18 years, it has grown to a network with 2,135 beds as of September 2024, with plans to expand to 2,935 beds by 2029 through new hospitals in Gurugram (300 beds) and Ludhiana (up to 500 beds).
