Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Corporate Relations (TPA) will oversee end-to-end coordination with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients. This requires strong communication skills, knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate cashless hospitalization processes and ensure timely approvals.
  • Handle pre-authorization, claim processing, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between hospital departments and TPAs.
  • Resolve issues related to insurance claims, approvals, and settlements.
  • Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups to increase patient inflow and business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with corporate clients and insurance partners.
  • Monitor claim status and ensure timely submission and closure.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all insurance-related documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of corporate accounts and agreements.
  • Coordinate with billing and finance teams for claim reconciliation.
  • Provide training and guidance to front office and billing staff on TPA processes.
  • Analyze trends andentify opportunities to improve TPA and corporate business.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies, guidelines, and hospital protocols.
  • Manage escalations from patients, corporates, and TPAs effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives to expand corporate network and partnerships.
  • Prepare reports on corporate business, TPA performance, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for insured patients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate data.
  • Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness for insurance processes.
  • Stay updated with changes in insurance policies and industry practices.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Work in a target-driven environment to achieve corporate business goals.
