Senior Manager - Accounts And Finance

The Senior Manager – Accounts and Finance will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial activities including book closures, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance. The involves supervising the accounts team, strengthening financial controls, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements and MIS reports for management.
• Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate effectively with auditors.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to financial controls.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.
• entify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in finance operations.
