The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment support, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance coordination, HR records, and staff communication at HCG Hospitals, Rajkot. This requires MBA HR qualification with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. The candidate should have strong communication skills, documentation discipline, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with clinical and non-clinical departments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment for hospital clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support staff roles.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage joining formalities, document collection, onboarding, and employee file creation.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, attendance inputs, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, HR letters, and internal communication documents.
- Coordinate employee queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, overtime details, monthly HR MIS, and manpower reports.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, joining reports, and staff documentation records.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Coordinate with HR department, administration, accounts, and department heads.
- Support training coordination, induction sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, and hospital information.
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and professional HR operations.
