The Front Office Executive will be responsible for patient registration, appointment coordination, reception management, enquiry handling, billing support, and patient guidance at HCG Hospitals, Rajkot. This requires any graduation qualification with 1–2 years of experience in front office, reception, patient care, or hospital operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and a patient-friendly service attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and attendants professionally at the hospital front desk.
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, OPD coordination, and enquiry management.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital process flow.
- Coordinate with OPD, billing, diagnostics, nursing, patient care, and admission teams.
- Maintain registration records, appointment schedules, enquiry logs, and patient details accurately.
- Guide patients for consultation, investigation, billing, admission, and report collection.
- Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and patient service requests politely.
- Support billing desk and payment coordination when required.
- Manage patient waiting area communication and basic crowd coordination.
- Escalate patient complaints, delays, or service issues to seniors promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Use hospital software, computer systems, and communication tools efficiently.
- Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly front office operations.
