Telesales Representative

Drlogy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Representative to drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with healthcare professionals such as doctors, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals to promote Drlogy’s digital healthcare solutions including LIS, HMS, and clinic management software.

Theeal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Present and explain Drlogy’s healthcare software solutions
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
• Convert prospects into paying customers
• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients
• Update customer details in CRM systems
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle objections and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
