HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while learning and growing in a fast-paced tech environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Help in employee engagement activities
• Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR operations
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management

Required Skills

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Strong coordination and organizational ability
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
