Executive - MSW

The Executive – MSW will be responsible for supporting patient counseling, community outreach, social work coordination, and healthcare service awareness activities within the Marketing Department. This requires strong communication, empathy, field coordination, documentation, and relationship-building skills. The candidate will work with patients, families, doctors, community groups, and hospital teams to support patient guidance, awareness programs, service promotion, and hospital outreach initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling and guidance to patients and families regarding hospital services and care pathways.
• Support patient assistance activities through empathetic communication and proper coordination.
• Conduct field visits for community outreach, health awareness, and hospital service promotion.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, reception, billing, marketing, and administration teams for patient support.
• Build relationships with community groups, local organizations, referral sources, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing health camps, awareness programs, and community engagement activities.
• Explain hospital services, treatment facilities, and patient support options clearly to the public.
• Maintain records of patient interactions, outreach visits, campaign activities, and follow-ups.
• Identify patient concerns, social support needs, and service gaps for timely escalation.
• Support marketing activities through ethical healthcare communication and community connect programs.
• Prepare daily activity reports, outreach summaries, and patient support documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient queries and service-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and sensitive social work discussions.
• Promote patient trust, hospital awareness, and positive community relationships.
• Represent the hospital professionally during field visits, meetings, camps, and public interactions.
