Clinical Research Executive

The Clinical Research Executive will be responsible for supporting clinical research activities, study coordination, documentation, patient follow-up, and compliance with study protocols. This requires knowledge of clinical research processes, ethical guidelines, patient data handling, and regulatory documentation. The candidate will coordinate with investigators, sponsors, ethics committees, clinical teams, and patients to ensure smooth study execution, accurate data collection, and timely research documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies as per approved protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Assist investigators in screening, enrollment, follow-up, and study-related patient coordination.
• Maintain accurate study files, case report forms, consent documents, and research records.
• Support informed consent process by coordinating required documentation and patient communication.
• Collect, verify, and update clinical trial data as per study guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, laboratory, ethics committee, and sponsor teams.
• Track study visits, patient follow-ups, sample collection, reports, and pending study activities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice, ethics guidelines, and hospital research policies.
• Assist in preparing study logs, trackers, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor study documentation for completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Support adverse event reporting, protocol deviation documentation, and query resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and research-related information.
• Coordinate sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and study review meetings when required.
• Ensure timely communication between investigators, patients, and research stakeholders.
• Contribute to ethical, accurate, and compliant clinical research execution.
