Nursing Staff

We are looking for Nursing Staff to provide safe, compassionate, and professional patient care in hospital wards, OPD, emergency, and clinical areas. The candidate should have GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification, sound clinical knowledge, patient monitoring skills, medication administration experience, and the ability to coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient care records.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover processes.
• Assist in wound dressing, sample collection, and basic clinical procedures.
• Educate patients and attendants about care instructions.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, billing, and housekeeping teams.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Respond quickly to patient calls, emergencies, and clinical changes.
• Maintain ward supplies, equipment, and medicine records.
• Ensure respectful communication and patient confidentiality.
• Follow nursing ethics and hospital care standards.
