Driver

We are hiring a Driver to manage hospital vehicle movement, patient transport support, staff travel, emergency coordination, and safe driving duties. The candidate must have a valid driving license, good route knowledge, responsible behavior, vehicle handling skills, and the ability to maintain safety, punctuality, and discipline during hospital transport operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive hospital vehicles safely as per assigned duty.
• Transport patients, staff, documents, medicines, and hospital materials when required.
• Support emergency patient transport and ambulance-related coordination if assigned.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel status, and daily readiness.
• Check basic vehicle condition before and after duty.
• Follow traffic rules, hospital transport policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain trip records, logbooks, and fuel entries accurately.
• Assist patients, elderly persons, and attendants during vehicle boarding when needed.
• Coordinate with administration, security, front office, and emergency teams.
• Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop as per schedule.
• Keep vehicle documents, license, and permits updated as required.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with patients and staff.
• Perform other transport-related duties assigned by hospital management.
