MRD Associate - Incharge

We are looking for an MRD Associate - Incharge to manage medical records, patient documentation, file tracking, record storage, data management, and hospital documentation compliance. The candidate should have knowledge of MRD processes, record keeping, hospital documentation standards, confidentiality practices, and coordination with clinical and administrative departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage patient medical records and hospital documentation.
• Organize, file, retrieve, and archive patient records accurately.
• Maintain OPD, IPD, discharge, consent, and medico-legal records.
• Ensure proper record coding, indexing, and storage.
• Track movement of medical files between departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, insurance, and administration teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Verify completeness of discharge summaries and clinical documents.
• Prepare MRD reports, registers, and documentation summaries.
• Support audits, inspections, and statutory documentation requirements.
• Monitor record retention and disposal as per hospital policy.
• Handle patient record requests as per authorized process.
• Supervise MRD workflow and guide junior staff if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards.
