Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support hospital marketing, patient outreach, lead generation, and brand promotion activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, field marketing experience, and the ability to coordinate with doctors, departments, patients, and external partners to improve hospital visibility and patient engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute hospital marketing and promotional activities.
• Generate leads through field visits, campaigns, referrals, and local networking.
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners.
• Promote hospital services, departments, packages, and specialities.
• Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community events.
• Track marketing leads, enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and referral sources.
• Coordinate with front office, OPD, diagnostics, and administration teams.
• Prepare daily marketing reports and activity updates.
• Identify local market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Support hospital branding, patient outreach, and service promotion.
• Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure ethical healthcare marketing practices.
