Sr. Executive - Patient Care Service/Operations

The Sr. Executive – Patient Care Service/Operations will be responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and service feedback.
• Coordinate with billing, TPA, and insurance teams for patient clearances.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient experience and service quality.
• Support operational activities and inter-departmental coordination.
• Prepare reports, MIS, and performance data related to patient services.
• Train and guide junior staff on patient care service standards.
• Ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Participate in quality improvement and accreditation initiatives.
