HR Executive

The HR Executive will support recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, attendance coordination, employee documentation, HR records, and staff communication at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires BBA, B.Com, MBA, or PGDM qualification with 1–2 years of experience in HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support staff roles.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection.
• Manage joining formalities, document collection, onboarding, and employee file creation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, and HR database.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, HR letters, and employee communication.
• Coordinate employee queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and documents.
• Support payroll inputs, overtime details, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, joining reports, and manpower records.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
• Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
• Promote professional and smooth HR operations.
