Billing Head

The Billing Head will manage hospital billing operations, patient billing, discharge billing, package billing, payment coordination, billing accuracy, team supervision, and billing reports at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.Com, M.Com, or MBA qualification with 1–2 years of experience in hospital billing or finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, and discharge billing activities.
• Verify patient details, service charges, packages, pharmacy usage, and investigation entries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, TPA, accounts, and front office teams.
• Monitor discharge billing, pending services, approvals, and final bill clearance.
• Handle billing queries, corrections, discounts, refunds, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure billing is accurate, transparent, and as per hospital tariff and policy.
• Maintain billing records, reports, daily collection summaries, and outstanding trackers.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, or revenue leakage.
• Train billing staff on billing process, documentation, and patient communication.
• Support audit, reconciliation, and finance reporting.
• Escalate billing disputes or high-value issues to management.
• Ensure smooth and patient-friendly billing operations.
